Privacy policy

This policy explains how CREATIVE CREW S.R.L. ("we", "us") processes personal data in connection with this website and with correspondence sent to us, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and applicable Romanian law.

What data we process

Website visits. This website has no user accounts, contact forms, analytics or advertising trackers. To deliver and secure the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of access.
Email correspondence. If you email us, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and any details you choose to share.
Business relationships. If we work together, we process the contact details of your representatives and the data needed for contracts, invoicing and accounting.

Purposes and legal bases

Operating, securing and protecting the website against abuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Replying to your enquiries and preparing a potential contract — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Performing contracts with clients and suppliers — Art. 6(1)(b).
Meeting accounting, tax and other legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).

Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security and email routing.
Our email service provider, for sending and storing correspondence.
Our accountant, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Technical server data is kept by our hosting provider for a short period, as required for security and operation.
Correspondence that does not lead to a business relationship is deleted within 2 years of the last exchange.
Contract, invoicing and accounting records are kept for the periods set out in Romanian accounting and tax law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.

Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not load third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to protect the site from abuse; these do not require consent.
